1. Acceptance

By accessing or using the tauraco.ai website and the Tauraco financing venue (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Description of the Service

Tauraco operates a financing venue connecting businesses seeking invoice financing with financial institutions and parties legally authorised to offer the relevant product in the relevant jurisdiction. The Platform provides information about submitted receivables, risk factors, and the terms those institutions propose.

Tauraco does not provide financing advice, legal advice, or tax advice, issues no offer of investment, and solicits no person acting in a private capacity. Every financing decision is the sole responsibility of the institution taking it.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account on tauraco.io. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
• For financing institution accounts, you must complete KYC verification of the institution and its authorised representatives before assessing a file.
• For business accounts, you must complete KYB verification before submitting invoices.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Tauraco SAS or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

Tauraco provides the Platform "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tauraco shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.
