Assess, decide, execute — on a shared documentary basis

Tauraco connects businesses across the OHADA area with institutions authorised to finance them. Each file arrives qualified, dated and supported by its evidence. The financing decision remains entirely the institution's.

Who the platform is for

Financiers are exclusively institutions or actors legally authorised to offer the relevant product in the relevant jurisdiction.

Banks

Licensed banking institutions in their jurisdiction of operation.

Credit institutions

Actors authorised to carry out banking operations professionally.

Finance companies

Structures specialised in receivables financing.

Microfinance institutions

Decentralised financial systems under the applicable national regime.

Other authorised actors

Any legal entity whose regulatory status covers the product concerned.

Legal counsel

Firms and in-house legal teams involved in reviewing structures.

An assessed file, not a spreadsheet

Invoice, debtor, outstanding exposure, maturity and supporting documents arrive in a structured file drawn from the company's ERP rather than from declarative data entry.

Scope declared by the institution

Each institution declares its countries of operation, products and currencies. It only receives requests falling within that scope.

Private commercial criteria

Caps, excluded sectors and maximum durations remain the institution's property. They are visible neither to the company nor to other institutions.

Reviewable evidence chain

Instruments, events and document fingerprints are reviewable subject to authorisation, so a file can be reconstructed as at the date of decision.

What Tauraco does not do

  • Tauraco is neither lender, guarantor, nor counterparty to any financing.
  • Tauraco computes no rate and ranks no institution.
  • Tauraco sends no request to an institution without the company's consent.
  • Tauraco issues no investment offer and solicits no individual investor.
